For those interested, I have obtained copies of the Motion to Dismiss briefs in the Heartland Bank lawsuit. To refresh recollection, this is a class action lawsuit filed by various issuing banks against two acquiring banks (Heartland Bank and Keybank) seeking to recover costs associated with the Heartland Payment Systems breach.
